About Organic Cotton
What is Organic Cotton ?
Organic cotton is cotton that is produced and certified to organic agricultural
standards. It’s farming does not allow the use of toxic chemicals or GMOs
(genetically modified organisms) and therefore has a low impact on the environment. On the other hand, growing conventional cotton requires a significant use of chemical fertilizers which poison people and the environment.

Are the garment’s skin friendly ?
Absolutely. We take pride in not just being safe for the children’s skin but also our planet! All our clothing and bedding range are GOTS certified. We believe in:

Are the prices on the website inclusive of taxes and shipping?
Yes, the prices on the website are inclusive of all taxes. We offer free shipping on all domestic orders above INR 1000
Do I need to pay for shipping charges at the time of checkout?
Shipping is free within India for all orders above INR 1000
What payment options do you accept on the website?
For your convenience, we offer all major payment solutions, such as credit cards, debit cards, net banking and COD ( cash on delivery )
Is it safe to key in my bank account and card details on your website?
Yes, shopping on our website is completely safe. We use leading payment gateway providers that have end to end encryption and two factor authentication. At no point during the payment process do we manage your bank/card details neither do we store your bank/card details after the order is placed.
How can I cancel my order?
We hope that this situation does not arise. However, in case you wish to cancel the order, please call +919875633781 or email us at admin@cotandcandybaby.com .Please note that you can cancel an order only within 24 hours of placing the order.
What if an item is out of stock?
We make every effort to keep all products in stock. However, there may be times when unexpected demand exceeds our supply. You may write to us at admin@cotandcandybaby.com for an enquiry about a product which is not in stock and we will be happy to assist you.
How close to the image are the actual colors on the garment?
We take great pains in ensuring that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the image you see is as close to the actual product.
However, there may be minor variations in the color of the fabric etc of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product.
What are the wash instructions for the garments?
Washing instructions are printed on a label inside each of our garments. All our
garments are machine washable. We recommend a cold wash on gentle cycle. A higher temperature wash will not harm the clothes but it is not ecofriendly. It is
generally recommended that like colored garments are washed together.
Will the garments shrink after first wash?
No. All our fabrics go through the shrinkage process at the time of dyeing and
printing itself.
